Peter served 30 years with the Hamilton Police Service in various assignments, including procurement and quartermaster.\u00a0 He spent the last 16 years of his career as a Senior Manager in the Corporate Services Division, overseeing units including Records, CPIC, Firearms, Quality Control, Summons & Warrants, Freedom of Information and Property\/Evidence.\u00a0 After retiring in 2020, Peter joined Forrest Green\/PoliceSolutions.ca as a subject matter expert on police record checks, taking on the position of Lead Trainer. He has extensive experience with the platform, having worked closely with Forrest Green to develop the original content and workflow back in 2013, and launching Hamilton as the very first client. Peter travels across the country providing in-person training of our solutions to police staff, as well as follow-up support.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Jeff s\u2019est joint \u00e0 Forrest Green \/ SolutionsPolici\u00e8res.ca apr\u00e8s avoir pris sa retraite du Service de police de Hamilton avec 32 ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience. En tant que superviseur du syst\u00e8me de gestion des dossiers, Jeff poss\u00e8de une ma\u00eetrise de la plateforme, ayant form\u00e9 plusieurs employ\u00e9s sur la solution. Il conna\u00eet tr\u00e8s bien la plupart des syst\u00e8mes de gestion de dossiers au Canada, y compris le CIPC, NicheRMS, Versaterm et PROS. Jeff se rend chez des clients de partout au Canada pour offrir de la formation et du soutien en personne. Debbie joined the Forrest Green team after retiring from the Kawartha Lakes Police Service, where she served for 37 years.\u00a0 Debbie was the Director of Information Services, which included processing and responding to Freedom of Information requests, as well as supervising the Records Unit.\u00a0 As such, she is proficient in both the record check and Freedom of Information Act processes.\u00a0 Previously, Debbie served a five-year secondment to the Ontario Police Technology Information Cooperative (OPTIC), training many police services in Ontario on the Niche RMS platform.\u00a0 Debbie is the account manager for 18 police services across Canada, however, her main objective is to work on building and testing our online Freedom of Information intake platform, and providing related training<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Johanne a travaill\u00e9 pendant de nombreuses ann\u00e9es au sein de l'Agence des services frontaliers du Canada (ASFC), en Ontario et au Qu\u00e9bec, \u00e0 titre d'agente et de surintendante. Elle a \u00e9galement assum\u00e9 le r\u00f4le de formatrice pendants plusieurs ann\u00e9es pour les nouvelles recrues, a transmis plusieurs formations sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es ainsi que pr\u00e9parer la prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de formateurs.<\/p>

Au sein du service des v\u00e9hicules vol\u00e9s et des personnes disparues des Services Connect\u00e9s de Toyota, elle a tiss\u00e9 des liens solides avec les services de police \u00e0 travers l'Am\u00e9rique du Nord<\/p>
